Dr. Amburn is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. I got through quickly, yet it felt less like conducting business and more like being welcomed into a place where I belonged.

I had a great experience with The Eye Group on Kingston Pike. I booked an appointment online (very easy process) and was treated very well during my appointment. Dr. Lamb was great, and the team who helped me select my frames was great! My glasses were ready for pickup in a timely manner, and I love them. Positive experience all around!

From Waylon at the front desk to Dr Lamb in the back. The whole staff are caring and polite. Walked in with 20/50 walked out 20/20. Had to divorce my wife but overall it’s been a net gain. Thanks guys!

Dr Kevin Cross listened to my concerns , then diagnosed my vision problem. I picked up my glasses with new prescription and I almost cried. For over a year I have had vision problems which were ignored by the specialists..and I put on the new glasses and my double vision was gone. I cannot recommend Dr Cross enough! He is kind and caring and willing to figure out the problem. Five stars plus!

I have had a retina tear twice, which Dr. Amber found and sent me to an eye surgeon. Then I had problems with my right cataract from past surgery. Dr. Amber has guided me through it all. I am very grateful. Great team at The Eye Group.

I definitely recommend this place—100%! No, what am I saying? 1,000%! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive. The young man who assisted me helped me fill out all my forms from the moment I walked in until I was finished. The doctor was incredibly kind, and his assistant—what can I say?—they are truly wonderful people who helped me every step of the way, from the entrance until I was done. Thank you for your services.
